Before reaching out, check these common reasons your cashback might not have arrived yet:

  • Your transaction hasn't been processed yet. Cashback is only credited once a purchase clears — pending or in-progress transactions won't show up until they're fully processed.

  • It's not your Boost Pay Date yet. All cashback for the month is paid out in one go, on your Boost Pay Date (the same day your Violet cycle renews) — not immediately after each purchase.

  • You didn't pay with your Ziina Card. Cashback only applies to purchases made with your Ziina Violet Card at eligible partners.

  • You've hit the partner's monthly cap. Each partner has its own maximum cashback limit — check Balance Boost (My Plan → Balance Boost) to see your breakdown and confirm you're under the cap.

  • The order falls under an excluded category. Some partners exclude specific categories (e.g. Washmen's "The Finery").
