Here's how it works:

  1. Open the Ziina app and tap My Violet

  2. Select Washmen and tap Go to Washmen

  3. Place your order — covering laundry, dry cleaning, or shoe and bag cleaning

  4. Pay using your Ziina Card

  5. There's no minimum spend — cashback applies to any amount, up to the monthly cap

Your cashback (100% up to AED 50/month) will be credited to your Ziina balance on your next Violet billing date, once your transaction has been processed.

Note: Orders placed under the "The Finery" service category are not eligible for cashback, and unused cashback does not roll over to the next month.
