  1. Open the Ziina app and tap My Violet

  2. Select Ounass and tap Go to Ounass

  3. Shop on Ounass and pay with your Ziina Card — Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported

  4. There's no minimum spend — cashback applies to any amount, up to the monthly cap

Your cashback (100% up to AED 100/month) will be credited to your Ziina balance on your next Violet billing date, once your transaction has been processed.


You can track it anytime in Balance Boost — find it via My Plan or your Transaction History.
